1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or conducting transactions on Hasqen Trusted Global Marketplace (https://hasqen.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. User & Seller Account Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, verified company and personal information during registration.
Sellers listed under Gold Supplier status must comply with AQL 1.5 commercial quality standards and Bangladesh business licensing.
Prohibited items: Counterfeit products, illegal items, fraudulent job circulars, or misleading product descriptions are strictly forbidden and result in immediate account termination.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices listed on Hasqen.trade are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) or USD for international commercial orders. Payments conducted through bKash, Nagad, or credit/debit card gateways are protected under Hasqen Trade Order Protection.

4. Trade Protection & Buyer Rights

Hasqen guarantees money-back protection if an order is not delivered, is damaged upon delivery, or fails to meet the verified product specifications. Buyers may open a dispute within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, design systems, original AI market reports, and text on https://hasqen.com are the exclusive property of Hasqen. Unauthorized scraping or duplication is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be settled in Dhaka courts.
